Athens Outdoors based in Rochester, New York, is excited to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Athens Archery, which is headquartered in Rochester, Indiana. Athens Archery founded in 2009, has been a leading provider of high-quality compound bows. They bring to the market tremendous customer service coupled with an excited, motivated customer base. Athens Outdoors will be taking this reputation in the outdoor space to the next level and continue to grow and expand the brand.
Lyntech Engineering will continue to provide the high-quality manufacturing of Athens Archery bows. Jim Klossner, co-founder of Athens Outdoors, had this to say: “Continuing to partner with Lyntech Manufacturing allows us to remain focused on our customers and grow the brand and penetrate further into the outdoor space. Jim Klossner comes to Athens Outdoors with years of archery experience. He was the VP of Operations at The Outdoor Group at its inception. Jim is an avid hunter and during the off season, he is active in 3-D archery. Tracie Klossner has more than 25 years of Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing Management experience. She is a proud military veteran having served in the United States Air Force.
