PSE Archery, which was founded in 1970 by Archery Hall of Fame Member Pete Shepley, has been acquired by Heritage Outdoors Group, a newly formed holding company with a mission to obtain leading brands in the outdoor space.
This acquisition will significantly expand Heritage Outdoors Group's offering in the archery market and provide customers a wide range of products with advanced technology and proven performance.

PSE Archery has been producing innovative and high-performance archery products for more than a half century, and it’s earned a solid reputation among consumers and dealers alike.

Of course, whenever a long-standing, well-respected archery brand changes hands, consumers and dealers will be concerned about future quality control, as well as customer service. According to Shepley, the Heritage Outdoors Group is committed to maintaining PSE’s strong reputation in the market.

Gleeson says that under Heritage Outdoors Group’s ownership, PSE Archery will continue to partner with and expand the relationship with well-known tournament shooter and hunter John Dudley and Nock On Archery, a leading brand in the archery space.

Gleeson says Heritage Outdoors Group and PSE Archery will continue to operate as separate entities, but will work closely together to bring customers the best products and experiences possible. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
