To continue providing these many clients with the service they deserve, RubLine adds to its team as needed, and the company has recently expanded again with the hire of Tina Rausch.

"We looked long and far for that next integral part to join the RubLine team in order to expand the forward momentum for our team, clients and industry partners,” said RubLine President Chase Rohlfsen. “We found this with Tina, as she has expertise in the areas of process improvement, efficiencies and a proactive approach to make immediate impacts."

Tina brings 18 years of office management experience overseeing a very successful McDonalds franchise. She controlled the financials of six locations and approximately 800 employees, and her organization and approach to logistics management will be taken advantage of with the explosive growth at RubLine Marketing.

As a mother of three very active and athletic children, Tina is married to a shooting enthusiast, and she never backs down from a challenge.
