ATA members enjoy archery and bowhunting information from emails, videos and website articles. Now the ATA offers another convenient way for you to engage with other ATA members and partners through its new Beyond the Bow podcast.

Kurt Smith, ATA’s director of industry relations, hosts the monthly podcast. Smith’s retail experience and in-depth knowledge of our industry helps him guide productive, meaningful discussions.

Smith talks to ATA members and industry representatives to learn about their business, and discuss hot topics and industry happenings. These conversations cover partnerships, ATA’s strategic-planning efforts, and tips for competing in an ever-changing marketplace. The Beyond the Bow podcast is a great way to learn business insights from peers, and benefit from the many ATA services and programs that help your business grow and succeed.

The free podcast is available online at www.archerytrade.org/membership/podcast and it’s accessible by tablet, computer or mobile device. Beyond the Bow is also available on Libsyn, Spotify, Stitcher, Podbean, Castbox and Apple Podcasts. New episodes will be available at the start of each month.

It features an interview with the guys from The Hunting Public, a small group of hunters who have a large Youtube and social media following that focuses primarily on those who pursue whitetails and turkeys on public land and small tracts of private land, as well as those who don’t always have the money to purchase the highest end archery equipment. The Hunting Public hosts have an important message to share on how to appeal to new hunters and customers.
